After Honor V9 Play smartphone, Huawei terminal brand Honor has launched another new budget Smartphone Honor 6 Play with 4G VoLTE connectivity support in China for 599 Yuan (approx. Rs. 5,900) for 2GB RAM variant. It will be made available for a purchase in the country from Thursday, September 7 2017.
Lets move to the specifications of Honor 6 Play, it comes with 5-inches FullView IPS HD display with a resolution of 1280×720 pixels along with a pixel density of 294ppi and 2.5D curved glass protection. It is powered with a 1.4GHz MediaTek MT6737T quad-core processor coupled with Mali T720 GPU and a RAM of 2GB. It comes with a internal storage of 16GB which is expandable upto 128GB via MicroSD card.
Honor 6 Play runs on the latest platform of Android 6(Marshmallow) out of the box but nothing is mentioned about its updates. It is backed up with a power bank by a 3020mAh battery .
Talking about its camera, its rear side of the Honor 6 Play has 8-megapixel rear camera with an a f/2.2 aperture and dual LED flash. For Selfie Camera that means we are talking about front camera, there is a 5-megapixel shooter with f/2.0 aperture lens, 84 degree wide angle lens and LED flash
The smartphone measures dimensions 143.8mm x72.00mm x 8.85mm with the weight of 150 grams. It supports dual SIM dual standby and offers a 4G VoLTE connectivity. It supports a dual SIM standby runs EMUI 4.1.
Connectivity options may includes USB 2.0, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.0, 4G VoLTE, GPS/A-GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, FM radio and Micro-USB port and there are also bunch of sensors including ambient light sensor, magnetometer, proximity sensor, accelerometer and Gyroscope.
Honor 6 Play will be available in Black, White, Gold and Rose Gold colour options and will comes in market from September 7, 2017 and the price is set to be 599 Yuan which is approximately Rs. 5,900.
Launched date of Honor 6 Play in India not decided yet but it will probably comes out by the end of September this year.
